Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 3 eggs

  • 200 g sliced ham
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Grate the zucchini coarsely.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the grated zucchini.
  3. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the zucchini.
  5. To the drained zucchini, add the cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, parsley, dill, a little salt, and black pepper.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, on the bottom of the oven, without a fan, for about 30-40 minutes.
  9. While the base is baking, flavor the cream cheese.
  10. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl.
  11. Add the garlic and a little black pepper.
  12. Mix.
  13. Once the base is ready, let it cool slightly.
  14. Turn the base onto a sheet of parchment paper.
  15. Carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  16. Let the base cool completely.
  17. Spread the cream cheese over the base.
  18. Arrange the ham on top.
  19. Carefully roll into a roll.
  20. Cut the roll into pieces and serve.
