Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini coarsely.
- Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the grated zucchini.
- Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain the zucchini.
- To the drained zucchini, add the cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, parsley, dill, a little salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, on the bottom of the oven, without a fan, for about 30-40 minutes.
- While the base is baking, flavor the cream cheese.
- Place the cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the garlic and a little black pepper.
- Mix.
- Once the base is ready, let it cool slightly.
- Turn the base onto a sheet of parchment paper.
- Carefully peel off the parchment paper.
- Let the base cool completely.
- Spread the cream cheese over the base.
- Arrange the ham on top.
- Carefully roll into a roll.
- Cut the roll into pieces and serve.
