Instructions:
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt the grated zucchini and stir. Wait 10-15 minutes for them to release their water. Drain the zucchini well from the water.
- To the drained zucchini, add the crumbled cheese, chopped dill, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine everything. Form the mixture into patties and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Bread the patties in flour and fry them in well-heated oil until golden brown.
- Serve the finished patties with garlic sauce.
