- 1/2 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped

- Paprika
- Dried dill

Instructions:
- Place the beans in a pot and cover with cold water. Fill the pot to the top.
- Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
- Discard the first water, add fresh water, and bring to a boil again.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and stir.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the red bell pepper, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried dill, and half of the fresh dill.
- Add olive oil and stir.
- Simmer the beans until fully cooked over low heat.
- Turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle with the remaining fresh dill.
- Serve with hot peppers and vinegar on the side if desired.
