  • 20 fl oz (600 ml) cold water
  • A few sprigs of dill, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • A few walnuts, chopped
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Peel the cucumber and chop it finely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt.
  3. Gradually add the cold water, whisking with a wire whisk.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Add half of the dill, garlic, half of the walnuts, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Add the chopped cucumber and stir again.
  8. Refrigerate the tarator for at least 1 hour.
  9. Once the tarator is chilled, pour it into bowls.
  10. Garnish with the remaining walnuts, dill, and a few drops of olive oil.
