Instructions:
- In a preheated pot, add a little oil. Add the pork shoulder and stew for about 20 minutes. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and garlic. Continue stewing for another 6-7 minutes. Add a few teaspoons of paprika and stir gently to fry. Add the tomatoes and sugar, and stir. Add 1 liter (4 cups) of water, put the lid on the pot, and let the dish cook for 30 minutes.
