Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Sauté the vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Brown the meat: Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned.
- Deglaze with wine: Pour the white wine into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced.
