  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 3 dried hot peppers (peeled and seeded)

Instructions:

  1. Place the cheese in a large bowl and mash it with a fork.
  2. Finely chop the dried hot peppers and add them to the bowl with the cheese.
  3. Add the black pepper, paprika, and ajvar. Mix everything well.
  4. Cut the roasted peppers into large pieces and put them in a blender.
  5. Coarsely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the blender as well.
  6. Add the olive oil and salt. Blend until a smooth paste is obtained.
  7. Add the prepared mixture to the bowl with the cheese and mix everything very well.
  8. Serve this wonderful spread with toasted bread slices, bruschettas, or as a side dish to grilled meat.

  • You can adjust the amount of hot peppers to your taste.
  • For a smoother texture, you can pass the cheese mixture through a food processor after mashing it with a fork.
