- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 20 ml olive oil
- 3 dried hot peppers (peeled and seeded)

Instructions:
- Place the cheese in a large bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Finely chop the dried hot peppers and add them to the bowl with the cheese.
- Add the black pepper, paprika, and ajvar. Mix everything well.
- Cut the roasted peppers into large pieces and put them in a blender.
- Coarsely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the blender as well.
- Add the olive oil and salt. Blend until a smooth paste is obtained.
- Add the prepared mixture to the bowl with the cheese and mix everything very well.
- Serve this wonderful spread with toasted bread slices, bruschettas, or as a side dish to grilled meat.

- You can adjust the amount of hot peppers to your taste.
- For a smoother texture, you can pass the cheese mixture through a food processor after mashing it with a fork.
