Instructions:
- Finely chop the garlic cloves. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- In a preheated pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil. Add the chopped garlic and fry gently for 1 minute (just to release the aroma). Add the grated carrots and continue to fry over low heat until the carrots soften. When the carrots are soft, turn off the heat and set the pan aside to cool the carrots.
- In a large bowl, pour the strained yogurt. Season with a little salt. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Add the cooled carrots from the pan and stir again to mix everything well.
- Serve this dip in a small bowl. Garnish with a sprig of dill and walnut pieces.
