Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg boiled potatoes
- 350 g ground meat
- 100 g grated cheese
- 150 g canned tomatoes, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, grate the potatoes coarsely. Add the parsley, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt, black pepper, and savory. Mix well until everything is combined. The mixture should resemble a potato dough.
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil. Wet your hands with cold water and form 6 large balls from the potato mixture. Shape each ball into a nest. Arrange the nests in the greased baking tray.
- To prepare the filling, heat some oil in a preheated pan and add the ground meat. Fry the ground meat, stirring constantly, until it breaks into small chunks. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the mashed canned tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir, cook for another minute, and turn off the heat.
- Fill the nests evenly with the prepared filling. Sprinkle each nest with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, until the cheese is baked.
- Serve the finished potato nests with a fresh side dish of your choice.
