Instructions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes, the bacon into julienne strips, the cucumbers into thin slices, and the onion into small pieces.
  2. Heat some oil in a preheated skillet. Add the chopped bacon and fry it lightly until fragrant, then add it to the potatoes.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and fry it until well caramelized. Then add it to the potatoes.
  4. Add the pickled cucumbers. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to mix everything well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. The dish should be 36 x 22 cm (14 x 8.5 inches) in size.
