Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- Add the pork and sauté for about 10 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally.
- While the meat is sautéing, lightly salt the cabbage and mash it slightly.
- After 10-15 minutes, the meat should be browned and starting to fry.
- Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and stir.
- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomato paste, 2-3 teaspoons of paprika, and stir.
- Add the fresh tomatoes, a few black peppercorns, the bay leaf, and the chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and stir.
- Add 300 milliliters of water.
- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the dish over medium heat for about 40-50 minutes.
