- 20 ml (0.7 fl oz) soy sauce
- 40 g (1.4 oz) butter

Instructions:
- Season the medallions with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge them in flour and shake off any excess.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the medallions until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the medallions from the pan and set aside.
- Add a little more oil to the same pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until softened.
- Pour in the white wine and soy sauce, stir, and add 500 ml (17 fl oz) of water.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Return the medallions to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
- If desired, you can thicken the sauce with flour.
- Turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle with parsley and add the knobs of butter.
- Stir gently to melt the butter and make the sauce glossy.
- Serve the medallions drizzled with the sauce.
