Ingredients:
- 650g pork shoulder, cut into large pieces
- 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 3 red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 100ml white wine
- 100g tomato puree
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Marjoram
- Oil
- 300ml water

Instructions:
- Sear the pork: In a preheated pot or Dutch oven, heat some oil and add the pork pieces. Sear on all sides until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
- Sauté the vegetables: Add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer: Cover the pot and let the vegetables simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add tomato puree: Add the tomato puree and 3-4 teaspoons of paprika. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
- Add liquid and seasonings: Pour in the white wine and water. Season with salt, black pepper, marjoram, and chopped parsley. Stir well.
- Simmer: Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated and the dish is coated in a flavorful sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
