Instructions:
- In a preheated pan, add some oil. Add the chopped carrot and peppers. Seal the vegetables for a few minutes until they start to brown slightly around the edges.
- Remove the cooked vegetables from the pan. Return the pan to the heat and add a little more fat. Place the pork bites in the pan and seal until golden brown.
- Add the vegetables and finely chopped garlic to the sealed pork pieces. Mix carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce and the sweet and spicy sauce. Stir and cook for 1 minute more until all sauces are absorbed.
- Turn off the heat and serve this wonderful and very tasty dish!
