Ingredients:
- 600g pork shoulder, cut into large pieces
- 400g frozen peas
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 250g canned tomatoes
- A few sprigs of mint, finely chopped
- Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Oil
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 50g butter

Instructions:
- Brown the pork: Heat oil in a pot and add the pork. Brown on all sides for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetables: Add the onions and carrots to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until softened.
- Add spices: Stir in 2-3 teaspoons of paprika and cook for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Simmer: Add the tomatoes, peas, and water. Stir to combine. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Season: Season with salt, black pepper, mint, and parsley. Stir and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
- Thicken the stew: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in the flour. Cook for 30-40 seconds, stirring constantly. Gradually add some of the stew liquid to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth. Return the mixture to the pot and stir to combine.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve immediately.
