Ingredients:
- 6 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, and seeded
- 1.4 kg tomatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Savory
- Flour for coating
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
- Sauté the aromatics: Heat some oil in a pot. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Simmer the sauce: After 2 minutes, add the tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, savory, and half of the chopped parsley. Stir and cover the pot. Let the sauce simmer over medium heat until it starts to thicken (about 40 minutes).
- Coat and fry the peppers: In a separate skillet, heat some oil. Coat the peppers in flour and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve: Arrange the peppers on plates. Pour the tomato sauce over them and garnish with the remaining parsley.
