Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring 3-4 inches of water to a boil.
- Add salt and vinegar, stir, and turn off the heat.
- Crack the eggs into the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, cheese, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the yogurt mixture on a plate.
- Remove the eggs from the water and place them on top of the yogurt mixture.
