Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 3-4 inches of water to a boil.
  2. Add salt and vinegar, stir, and turn off the heat.
  3. Crack the eggs into the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, cheese, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture on a plate.
  6. Remove the eggs from the water and place them on top of the yogurt mixture.
  7. In a frying pan or saucepan, heat the butter and add the paprika. Stir and turn off the heat.
  8. Drizzle the paprika butter over the eggs.
