Instructions:
- Carefully cut the peppers open at one end with a knife so that they open and remove the seeds.
- In a large bowl, place the crumbled cheese, add one egg, some savory, and finely chopped parsley. Stir to mix all ingredients well.
- Take one pepper and place it on the board. Put some of the filling at one end of the pepper. Roll the pepper into a roll and press lightly with your fingers. Continue in the same way with the remaining peppers.
- Prepare the breading by beating two eggs in a bowl. Bread the peppers in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded peppers in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Drizzle a little oil over the peppers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit), with a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 15 minutes.
