- 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) white wine

Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the pork and sear for 5-6 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Add the onions, carrots, and bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the white wine and about 1 cup (300 ml) of water.
- Stir, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
- Add the rice, stir, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Incorporate the parsley and celery, and mix.
- Transfer the dish to a baking pan.
- Add 4.2 cups (1 liter) of water and stir to distribute the rice evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) without the fan, on the bottom rack, for about 50 minutes.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve.
