Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 3.5 oz (100 g) of grated cheese, onion, mustard, parsley, egg, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil over the meatballs.
  5. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm, with a side of potato salad and hot peppers if desired.
