Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the white wine, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and stir well to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on.
- Arrange the wings in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Bake the wings for 50 minutes in the lower part of the oven.
- After 50 minutes, flip the wings and return them to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve the chicken wings hot, with a lemon wedge on the side if desired.
