Ingredients:
For the meatloaf:
- 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 50g breadcrumbs
For the filling:
- 5-6 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
- 6 eggs
- 50g processed cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Oil

Instructions:
- Prepare the meatloaf mixture: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Form the nests: Wet your hands and shape the meat mixture into 6 equal-sized balls. Press each ball into a muffin tin or a baking dish to create a nest shape.
- Fill the nests: In each nest, place a small amount of pickled cucumbers, a slice of processed cheese, and crack one egg.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
