Ingredients:

For the meatloaf:

  • 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 50g breadcrumbs

For the filling:

  • 5-6 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 50g processed cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the meatloaf mixture: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  2. Form the nests: Wet your hands and shape the meat mixture into 6 equal-sized balls. Press each ball into a muffin tin or a baking dish to create a nest shape.
  3. Fill the nests: In each nest, place a small amount of pickled cucumbers, a slice of processed cheese, and crack one egg.
  4. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately.
