INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat some oil in a preheated frying pan.
- Add the finely chopped leek and carrots. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and continue frying until softened.
- Finally, add the rice and season with salt, black pepper, savory, and finely chopped parsley. Stir and remove from the heat.
- With the ready filling, roll up small dolma and arrange them in a baking dish. These products make about 45 pieces.
- Add one cup of water (about 200 ml) to the pan. Drizzle the dolma with a little oil.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 90 minutes.
