INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat some oil in a preheated frying pan.
  2. Add the finely chopped leek and carrots. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and continue frying until softened.
  4. Finally, add the rice and season with salt, black pepper, savory, and finely chopped parsley. Stir and remove from the heat.
  5. With the ready filling, roll up small dolma and arrange them in a baking dish. These products make about 45 pieces.
  6. Add one cup of water (about 200 ml) to the pan. Drizzle the dolma with a little oil.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 90 minutes.
