- 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pork and cook, covered, for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the water, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the butter and lemon juice.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) without a fan in the lower part of the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
- Garnish the finished dish with fresh parsley and serve.
