Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs (700 g) pork neck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 onions, thinly sliced
  • 7 oz (200 g) mushrooms, coarsely chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 oz (30 g) butter
  • 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork and cook, covered, for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until softened.
  4. Stir in the water, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and stir in the butter and lemon juice.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (180°C) without a fan in the lower part of the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
  9. Garnish the finished dish with fresh parsley and serve.
