Instructions:
Prepare the filling:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, cheese, olive oil, and carbonated water. Mix until well combined.
Roll the pie:
- Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough and spread 1 ladle of filling evenly. Roll into a log. Place the log in the center of a greased baking dish and roll it up like a snail. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo dough in the same way until the sheets are all used.
Bake the pie:
- Spread the remaining filling over the pie. Sprinkle with butter cubes and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 50 minutes.
Serve:
- Cut the pie into pieces and serve warm with a glass of cold ayran (yogurt drink).
