  • 700 g (1.54 lb) pork neck steaks

Instructions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into large chunks, the onion into slices, the garlic into thin slices, and the roasted peppers into large pieces.
  2. Put the pork chops in a large bowl. Season them with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oil. Mix well to coat.
  3. In a well-heated skillet, add a little oil and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
  4. In the bottom of a clay pot, place the potatoes. Add half of the sliced onion, garlic, and roasted peppers. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, savory, and oil. Mix well to combine.
  5. Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Top with the remaining onion slices. Add the wine and water. Add a little fat. Put the lid on the clay pot and place in the oven.
  6. Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), without a fan, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
