Instructions:
- Cut the potatoes into large chunks, the onion into slices, the garlic into thin slices, and the roasted peppers into large pieces.
- Put the pork chops in a large bowl. Season them with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oil. Mix well to coat.
- In a well-heated skillet, add a little oil and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
- In the bottom of a clay pot, place the potatoes. Add half of the sliced onion, garlic, and roasted peppers. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, savory, and oil. Mix well to combine.
- Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Top with the remaining onion slices. Add the wine and water. Add a little fat. Put the lid on the clay pot and place in the oven.
- Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), without a fan, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
