Ingredients:
- 800 g (28 oz) pork neck (cut into cubes)

Instructions:
- Heat a little oil in a preheated saucepan.
- Add the bacon and fry it lightly until it releases its aroma. Then remove it from the saucepan.
- In the same fat, seal the pork neck cubes well.
- Remove the sealed meat.
- To the same saucepan, add the onion, carrots, peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Stir and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
- Return the pork to the saucepan.
- Add the red wine, crushed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, bay leaf, and allspice berries. Stir.
- Add 300 milliliters (10 fl oz) of water.
- Cover the saucepan and let the dish simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- 30 minutes later, remove the lid from the saucepan.
- Add the fried bacon, pickled cucumbers, and chopped parsley. Stir.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve the dish warm.
