Instructions:
Preparing the dough:
- Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Mix well.
- Create a well in the center and add the water and olive oil.
- Knead until a smooth, soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, and grease the top.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Preparing the sauce:
- Combine the crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well.
Shaping and baking the pizza:
- Once the dough has risen, divide it into 4 equal parts and shape them into balls.
- Roll out each ball into a circle about 30 cm in diameter.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce over it.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with sliced hot dogs and green peppers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) on the bottom rack for about 7-8 minutes.
