Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- Add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until softened.
- Add the tomato paste and paprika. Stir well.
- Add about 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the potatoes and green beans. Stir.
- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add the tomato. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add half of the dill and stir.
- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium heat for another 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes and green beans are tender.
- Sprinkle with the remaining dill and serve.
