Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot.

  5. Once boiling, add the potatoes and green beans. Stir.
  6. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  7. Add the tomato. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Add half of the dill and stir.
  9. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer over medium heat for another 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes and green beans are tender.
  10. Sprinkle with the remaining dill and serve.
