  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • A few drops of Vanilla extract
  • 20 g Butter
  • 6 Bread slices
  • 30 ml Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork.
  2. Add the milk and sugar. Continue stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Finally, add the cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla extract. Stir to mix everything well.
  4. Turn on the stove to medium heat and wait for the pan to heat up.
  5. Add a little oil and a small knob of butter. Wait for the butter to melt.
  6. Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
  7. Place the slice in the pan. Dip a second slice in the egg mixture and place it in the pan again.
  8. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  9. Remove the finished slices to a paper towel.
  10. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining slices.
  11. Serve the finished slices with jam or honey of your choice.

  • You can add other ingredients to the egg mixture, such as raisins, chocolate chips, or nuts.
  • You can also use a different type of bread, such as French toast bread or challah bread.
