INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with a fork.
- Add the milk and sugar. Continue stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Finally, add the cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla extract. Stir to mix everything well.
- Turn on the stove to medium heat and wait for the pan to heat up.
- Add a little oil and a small knob of butter. Wait for the butter to melt.
- Dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
- Place the slice in the pan. Dip a second slice in the egg mixture and place it in the pan again.
- Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the finished slices to a paper towel.
- Repeat the same procedure with the remaining slices.
- Serve the finished slices with jam or honey of your choice.
