Instructions:
- Place the chopped potatoes in a large baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper, savory, and oil. Mix well.
- Add about 50-60 ml of water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, without a fan, on the bottom of the oven, for 1 hour.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the topping. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, flour, baking soda, and a little salt.
- After 1 hour, remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Pour the topping over the potatoes and return to the oven.
- Bake for another 20-30 minutes, until the gratin is golden brown.
