Ingredients:
- 200 ml (6.7 fl oz) warm water
- 200 ml (6.7 fl oz) warm fresh milk
- 40 g (1.4 oz) sugar
- 12 g (0.4 oz) dry yeast
- 2 egg whites
- 90 ml (3 fl oz) oil

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 egg yolk

Instructions:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the water, fresh milk, sugar, and dry yeast. Stir with a wire whisk to dissolve the sugar and wait 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
- After 10 minutes, add the egg whites and oil and mix again. Attach the bowl to the planetary mixer. Turn the mixer on low speed and gradually add half of the flour. Add the salt and continue adding the remaining flour. You should get a soft, sticky dough. When you take the dough out of the mixer, sprinkle it with a little flour and knead it. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, lightly knead the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts. Shape into 6 balls. Roll out one ball to a diameter of about 16 inches. Brush with butter. Roll out a second ball and place the rolled sheet on top of the first. Brush with butter again. Cut into 4 equal parts and shape the buns as shown in the video. Continue in the same way with the remaining balls of dough.
- Place the shaped buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, whisk the egg yolk with one tablespoon of fresh milk and brush the buns. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), in the middle of the oven, without a fan, for about 25-30 minutes.
