  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Zucchini:

  1. Cut the zucchini into sticks.
  2. Coat the zucchini sticks in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the coated zucchini until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Drain the zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Garlic Sauce:

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped dill, and minced garlic.
  2. Season with salt to taste and mix well.

Serving:

  1. Arrange the fried zucchini on a plate.
  2. Serve with the garlic sauce on the side.
