Instructions:
- In a bowl, crumble the cheese. Add the finely chopped parsley and 1 egg. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Take one sheet of phyllo dough and divide it into three equal parts (widthwise).
- Place 1 tablespoon of the filling at the end of each part.
- Carefully roll up each part into a cigar shape.
- At the end, brush with a little water and press to seal the cigar.
- Continue with the remaining phyllo dough sheets.
- Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
- Fry the cigars until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the cooked cigars to a paper towel-lined plate.
