Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, crumble the cheese. Add the finely chopped parsley and 1 egg. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and divide it into three equal parts (widthwise).
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling at the end of each part.
  4. Carefully roll up each part into a cigar shape.
  5. At the end, brush with a little water and press to seal the cigar.
  6. Continue with the remaining phyllo dough sheets.
  7. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
  8. Fry the cigars until they are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove the cooked cigars to a paper towel-lined plate.
