Ingredients:

  • 150g couscous
  • 500g chicken breast, cut into julienne
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into julienne
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into julienne
  • 2 carrots, cut into julienne
  • 1 zucchini, cut into julienne
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 50ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 400ml water
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the couscous: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little olive oil. Add the couscous, stir, and cover with a plate or lid. Let the couscous steam.
  2. Sauté the chicken: Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken julienne until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: Add the green and red bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and onion to the pan and sauté until tender.
  4. Combine: Add the cooked chicken and couscous to the pan with the vegetables.
  5. Season: Season with salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, and white wine. Stir well.
  6. Serve: Serve immediately.
