Recipe for: Couscous with Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 150g couscous
- 500g chicken breast, cut into julienne
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into julienne
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into julienne
- 2 carrots, cut into julienne
- 1 zucchini, cut into julienne
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 50ml soy sauce
- 50ml white wine
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 400ml water
- Olive oil

Instructions:
- Cook the couscous: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little olive oil. Add the couscous, stir, and cover with a plate or lid. Let the couscous steam.
- Sauté the chicken: Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken julienne until browned. Remove from pan.
- Sauté the vegetables: Add the green and red bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, and onion to the pan and sauté until tender.
- Combine: Add the cooked chicken and couscous to the pan with the vegetables.
- Season: Season with salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, and white wine. Stir well.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
