  • 100ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

  1. Sauté the livers: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken livers, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the vegetables: Add the onions, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and green bell peppers to the skillet. Stir to combine and cover. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season and simmer: Add the tomato and garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and savory. Stir to coat.
  4. Add wine: Pour in the white wine and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Finish: Stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
