- 150 g all-purpose flour

- 180 g butter
- 300 g sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan. Line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Gradually whisk the sugar into the cooled chocolate mixture. Then whisk in the vanilla.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gently fold in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Finally, fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. To test if the brownie is done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the brownie is done.
- Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool in the pan for at least 1 hour. Then cut it into squares.
