Instructions:

  1. Prepare the burgers:
    • Chop the onion finely and add it to the ground beef.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
    • Mix well and let the meat rest for 2-3 minutes.
    • Meanwhile, chop the green salad and tomato into slices.
  2. Make the sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
    • Whisk until smooth.
  3. Toast the buns:
    • Heat a pan and toast the burger buns.
  4. Cook the burgers:
    • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal parts and form 4 balls.
    • Flatten the balls into burgers.
    • Heat a pan and cook the burgers for 1-2 minutes per side.
