Ingredients:
- 2 chicken legs, washed, cleaned, and cut in half
- 1/2 cabbage, coarsely chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped

- Black peppercorns
- Paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil
- 500ml water

Instructions:
- Brown the chicken: Heat some olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken legs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from pot.
- Sauté the vegetables: In the same pot, add the onions and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Stir in the paprika and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage and liquid: Add the chopped cabbage, tomato, parsley, salt, black peppercorns, bay leaf, and water to the pot.
- Simmer: Return the browned chicken to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40-50 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the liquid has mostly evaporated.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
