- 2-3 sprigs of thyme

Instructions:
- Sear the chicken: Heat some oil in a frying pan. Season the chicken steaks with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan.
- Sauté the vegetables: In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Create the sauce: Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 100ml of water and stir. Gradually add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cooking cream, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves.
- Combine: Return the chicken steaks to the pan and let simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
