Instructions:

  1. In a preheated pan, add some oil. Add the chicken livers and stew them for about 6-7 minutes covered. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add the sliced onions and mushrooms to the stewed chicken livers. Stir and continue stewing covered until the onions and mushrooms are soft.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated and the dish is left only in fat. Finally, add the chopped garlic, soy sauce, and the juice of half a lemon. Stir and wait another minute for the soy sauce to be absorbed.
