Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken livers and cover the pan with a lid.
- Sauté the chicken livers for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir and cook until the liquid from the chicken livers has evaporated.
- Add the garlic and stir.
- Immediately add the white wine, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
- Stir and cook until the sauce begins to thicken and coat the chicken livers.
- Add the juice from half a lemon and continue stirring.
- The sauce should thicken and cling to the chicken livers.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add the butter and stir.
- Serve warm.
