  • 2.7 fl oz (40 ml) white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1.4 oz (40 g) butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken livers and cover the pan with a lid.
  3. Sauté the chicken livers for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir and cook until the liquid from the chicken livers has evaporated.
  6. Add the garlic and stir.
  7. Immediately add the white wine, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
  8. Stir and cook until the sauce begins to thicken and coat the chicken livers.
  9. Add the juice from half a lemon and continue stirring.
  10. The sauce should thicken and cling to the chicken livers.
  11. Turn off the heat.
  12. Add the butter and stir.
  13. Serve warm.
