Instructions:
- Clean the chicken hearts as shown in the video. Place the cleaned hearts in a large bowl.
- For the marinade, add the soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, and the juice of half a lemon to the hearts. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and olive oil. Stir to coat the chicken hearts well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, thread the hearts onto skewers and grill them on a grill pan or barbecue.
