Recipe for: Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into julienne strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 50g celery, cut into julienne strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3-4 carrots, cut into julienne strips
- 10g ginger, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g cooked rice
- 30ml soy sauce
- 30ml white wine
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil

Instructions:
- Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add a little more oil to the skillet if necessary. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the soy sauce and white wine.
- Finally, add the rice and stir to combine everything well.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- You can use any type of rice you like, but jasmine rice or basmati rice work well.
- If you don’t have white wine, you can use chicken broth or water.
- You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as broccoli, mushrooms, or zucchini.
- Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or chili sauce.
