Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 50g celery, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3-4 carrots, cut into julienne strips
  • 10g ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 400g cooked rice
  • 30ml soy sauce
  • 30ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add a little more oil to the skillet if necessary. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the soy sauce and white wine.
  5. Finally, add the rice and stir to combine everything well.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

  • You can use any type of rice you like, but jasmine rice or basmati rice work well.
  • If you don’t have white wine, you can use chicken broth or water.
  • You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as broccoli, mushrooms, or zucchini.
  • Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or chili sauce.
