Instructions:

  1. Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the chicken breast and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  4. Transfer the chicken and onion to the bowl with the cubed potatoes.
  5. Add the cooking cream, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in an unpreheated oven at 350°F (180°C) without the fan, on the bottom rack, for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
