Instructions:
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Add the chicken breast and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour in the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Transfer the chicken and onion to the bowl with the cubed potatoes.
- Add the cooking cream, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in an unpreheated oven at 350°F (180°C) without the fan, on the bottom rack, for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
