- 50ml soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:
- Slice the liver: Cut the pork liver into approximately 1 cm thick slices, slightly diagonal.
- Marinate the liver: Add soy sauce and minced garlic to the liver. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the coating: Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Coat the liver: Coat the liver slices in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the liver until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve: Drain the liver on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
