  • 500g pork liver
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Flour for coating
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions:

  1. Slice the liver: Cut the pork liver into approximately 1 cm thick slices, slightly diagonal.
  2. Marinate the liver: Add soy sauce and minced garlic to the liver. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Prepare the coating: Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  4. Coat the liver: Coat the liver slices in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the liver until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve: Drain the liver on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
