  • 7 ounces (200 g) crumbled feta cheese
  • 7 ounces (200 g) grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in the warm milk and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours, or until doubled in size.
  5. While the dough is rising, in a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
  6. Divide the risen dough into 4 equal pieces.
  7. Take one piece of dough, sprinkle it with flour, and roll it out into a 12-inch circle.
  8. Transfer the circle to a greased baking sheet and prick it with a fork.
  9. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and grated cheddar cheese.
  10. Repeat steps 7-9 with the remaining dough pieces.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 500°F (250°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove the pull-apart bread from the oven and brush with the garlic butter.
  13. Cut into squares and serve warm.
