Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the warm milk and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours, or until doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, in a small bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
- Divide the risen dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Take one piece of dough, sprinkle it with flour, and roll it out into a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer the circle to a greased baking sheet and prick it with a fork.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and grated cheddar cheese.
- Repeat steps 7-9 with the remaining dough pieces.
