Ingredients:

  • 14 oz (400 g) beef, sliced into thin strips

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until softened.
  5. Pour in the white wine and stir to combine. Cook until the wine has evaporated.
  6. Add the sugar and season with salt, black pepper, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  7. Return the beef to the skillet.
  8. Add the garlic and scallion.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Stir to combine and turn off the heat.
