Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes (of equal size)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated cheddar cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) crumbled Bulgarian cheese (similar to feta)
- 1 egg
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- Several sprigs of parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil

Instructions:
- Spread out two sheets of aluminum foil with the shiny side up. Place the potatoes on the foil and season with salt and oil. Wrap the potatoes tightly in the foil and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), without a fan, in the middle of the oven, for 90 minutes.
- After 90 minutes, use a small spoon to scoop out the baked potatoes. Place the scooped-out potato flesh in a bowl. To the bowl, add the cheddar cheese, Bulgarian cheese, onion, parsley, egg, and a little black pepper. Mash with a fork to combine well.
- Arrange the hollowed-out potatoes in a baking dish. Fill the potatoes generously and return them to the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.
