Instructions:
- Remove the tips of the chicken wings.
- In a saucepan or small pot, combine the water, soy sauce, white wine, honey, juice of one lemon, two crushed garlic cloves, sliced ginger, cinnamon stick, and one teaspoon each of salt and black pepper.
- Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Pour two fingers of oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Remove the cooked wings to a colander to drain.
- Once the sauce and wings are ready, it’s time to combine them. In a preheated frying pan, add the wings and pour the sauce through a strainer. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce starts to coat the wings.
- Serve on a plate sprinkled with sesame seeds. You can also add finely chopped fresh onions.
Enjoy your meal!
Tips:
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes to the sauce.
- If you don’t have white wine, you can use chicken broth or water.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki sauce, or ranch dressing.
Note:
- This recipe is for 1 kg of chicken wings. If you are using more or less wings, adjust the amount of ingredients accordingly.
Enjoy!
